I’m not sure who Jeff Davis is, and Darrell Cooper wasn’t available but we worked with Latif. Communication could be much better, in my opinion. Also, within a month of having the vehicle I already had to br available but we worked with Latif. Communication could be much better, in my opinion. The service department is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They really go out of their way to take care of customers. We had our car in for a new transmission and our service Everyone is so friendly and kind. They really go out of their way to take care of customers. We had our car in for a new transmission and our service advisor, Ben, kept us informed of the process and provided updates as often as I asked. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the gentleman who brought it out to me (I believe his name was Dave), noted he didn’t like the sound my car was making when he started it. He was concerned about my battery. They got my car back into the shop, assessed it, and replaced my battery in about 30 minutes. I didn’t mind waiting, as their waiting area is cool, comfortable, and stocked with cold drinks. I can’t express how grateful I am for how well they treated me during this whole process, it’s very refreshing. More
