Stephen Kroes was excellent. I made first contact via the internet. Stephen called me quickly and was a very nice guy to talk to. I made an appointment to see the truck. When I arrived at the dealership Stephen had the truck ready for me. The transaction was simple, about an hour and a half, absolutely no pressure sale. There was a number of scratches and a door dent that had to be repaired as per our deal. Stephen has a background in auto body, he personally buffed all the scratches out of my new truck! I have purchased many vehicles from many salesman nobody has gone as far as Stephen did on my behalf. More
