Within a few days they had gone to Arkansas and brought the car back, detailed it, and made the surprise day for my 17 year old daughters first car a memory that I will never forget. They could have tried to sell me a different car or quit trying to help me, but they listened and understood how important this was for myself and my daughter. did an online purchase that went very smooth. when i went to complete the sale there was some changes made to my surprise. the online trade evaluation was off and there was a drop in my trade allotment.
