While my experiences at this dealership have always been professional, my most recent service was frustrating and disappointing. I brought my car in for regularly scheduled maintenance and also for concerns professional, my most recent service was frustrating and disappointing. I brought my car in for regularly scheduled maintenance and also for concerns about a "shimmying" that I had felt for two weeks. I wanted to get this addressed sooner, but the first available service time was two weeks out. It turned out that I needed repairs to my suspension. I was not given a firm date on when repairs would be completed (the estimate was two days from when I brought the car in) nor was I provided a car to use until the repairs were completed or offered a ride home. Instead, I had a call a ride service in order to get home. This dealership has handled most service needs with professionalism. However, my experience this time fell short of the quality expectations set by previous visits. When I am facing a pricy repair fee it would be great if the dealership could help me solve some of the foreseeable consequences of this problem, such as figuring out a way to get home or providing a firm date for when the work will be completed. Above all, they quickly gave off an impression of being trustworthy and dedicated to their jobs in introducing and selling Subaru vehicles to their consumer market! At the end, the salesperson involved in my car purchase clearly explained my new car's maintenance schedule (and even went ahead and scheduled the car's first maintenance appointment) and gave a very helpful actual physical demo of the major features and tips of using the vehicles! All in all, I was very impressed with their service and confident they will continue to serve me well with my new car needs! More
