Doubtless this delay must have caused him disappointment, but he never showed it. When the car that eventually became mine arrived at a nearby dealership, he made the dealer trade happen and worked on Labor Day to complete the transaction. His demeanor made this purchase a very positive experience in every regard. If you go with Subaru of Grapevine, also go with Lee. Approximately a month after buying the car, Dee Boyett spent about an hour with me reviewing the use of all the many bells and whistles, many of which are new to me until this car. Wonderful, Professional Experience I had been looking for a new car and not sure what I really wanted. Knew I wanted real leather and was looking for mid size SUV type vehicle. Wing greeted me and was extremely patient and kind. Then met Stephen Johnson, again very calm, listened and worked with me. After I decided to purchase I worked with Brian in finance. Very simple and pleasant experience again. Best care buying endeavor I have ever Had. Win was extremely thorough in explaining the vehicles, knew his information and was so kind and patient. Joey went above and beyond to help me get the best price for my used car and for my new Forester. I had done a lot of research and Joey knew what I wanted and made it happen. When it comes to Clay Garrett, he is definitely the guy you want to see about your Subaru. He was fun to be around yet business oriented enough to make sure you got what you came for and enjoy your time doing it. Meeting the Five Star Subaru family in the management, sales, parts and service departments was also a nice touch. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at home.
