I took my Subaru to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine last week for an oil change and had a great experience. Kyle Calvaruso was my advisor and communication was excellent the whole time. During the multi-point inspection they caught the start of an oil leak and already set me up with a diagnostic appointment and loaner so it can be repaired under the powertrain warranty. They also fixed a lug nut stud that snapped during a tire replacement at another shop the week before. It was a busy Saturday at drop-off, but another tech checked my car in while I waited and they still finished everything the same day. Really solid service overall. I'd definitely recommend them.
