Cindy was very responsive communicating with me via email, Bill personally delivered my new X3 and spent time reviewing all features with me, and my finance conversation with Noha was quick and easy. Amazing experience Bill was amazing to work with, he did a lot of "preliminary" work in advance to not waste time at the dealership, he never put pressure on me.
