I have had all good experiences with Flemington not just the sale but the service and when there are issues I have always found them eager to resolve the problem. I had purchased 9 cars from another dealer not too far away and the experience was awful, I was recommended to change to Flemington BMW and so far so good! Thanks for a good experience. "Customer Service" is Michael O'Connor's Middle Name We've been working with Michael since 2006 and have purchased three BMW's through him. Visiting him is like visiting family. He's warm and friendly, got an easy laugh, knows his customers (not to mention, loves dogs, as we do!) and is full of BMW knowledge of cars and programs. We never feel pushed into a purchase, and with our newest one, where the technology far exceeds our understanding, his offer to spend training sessions with us in invaluable and much appreciated! He's the absolute best! About the dealership, we moved away from the NJ/PA area for a couple of years in the interim between auto purchases, and none of the dealerships in Charleston came anywhere close to the service and support that Flemington BMW provides, nor were their salespeople as welcoming and knowledgeable. We're so happy to be back "home" to Flemington BMW! More
