The dealership did not have the exact configuration we were looking for a 2019 service loaner X3 lease, our preferred color option did not have navigation. Dan was completely understanding, and helped us search inventory of other dealerships, and suggested we call a few of those to inquire further. Ultimately, we decided to come back and work with Dan because - for one, we recognized he was giving us an awesome deal and we use Google Maps anyways, but also, we really respected how he approached us with fairness and transparency, giving us the space we need to think clearly and arrive at a decision we know we would be happy living with, when the other dealerships we visited approached us with the classic and classless pressure sales/win-lose tactics.
