She then followed up with a phone call and we set up a time to meet. Upon arriving at the dealership Vince Dillon the Sales Manager greeted my wife and I at the door. He then walked us over to meet Cindy who then handed us off to Bryan Clark a Sales Client advisor. Bryan took us for a test drive of the X5 I had inquired about, upon returning to the dealership presented their offer which was better than I had expected and after very little negotiation on our trade in we closed the deal. Then dealt with Noha Amin in their finance department to complete all the paperwork we drove home in a new X5. Sounds like a lot of people involved time, but it was all seamless and pleasant. More

Not only did she follow up with me immediately to get the paperwork in order, but she sat with me when I picked the car up and talked me through the features and helped me program and get acclimated to my new beautiful 540i.
