I dont live near Flemington BMW but they had the best deal when I purchased my car. By luck Bryan answered the phone when I called to see if the car I wanted was still there. He has been available by his cell phone from the day I drove off the lot. Recently I came in for service and a mistake in the scheduling had been made so I was told a loaner would not be available during my service. Bryan stopped by to see how I was doing and I was greeting with a smile and a hug. I told him about the issue and he immediately handled the situation and withing minutes I was given a loaner car and apology. He goes the extra mile to make sure I have the over the top experience that BMW stands for. Thank you Bryan. More

Easy and fast over the phone I hate car dealerships. I always do everything over the phone and then like to pickup the car after everything has been agreed apon.
