He went out with us to inspect the car and he made sure he knew what body panels needed attention. He took the car, sent us on our way with a loaner, and he called in the afternoon when the car was ready. That's pretty much our experience every time. A Wonderful First Experience with BMW Staff & Car I came into Flemington BMW looking to check out some cars, to get the feel for a BMW as a first time buyer and compare with another Audi I was looking I came into Flemington BMW looking to check out some cars, to get the feel for a BMW as a first time buyer and compare with another Audi I was looking at. Chris was the first to ask, hey let's take a drive or you'll never know - you need to drive it. After that I was pretty much sold and leased my first 440iX that very day!! Awesome. I'll jot down the main points here that matter to me: * Professional Very professional folks, I like and appreciate that. No kiddish and childish behavior * Friendly Folks at Flemington were far more friendly than at other dealerships. I have been to Princeton BMW ... * Helpful Chris especially helped me understand the features in a BMW and helped me compare models with the stats I needed to make a decision - he also was patient as I went back and forth between a couple of models * Knowledgeable Everyone i met was very knowledgable on the product, from sales to finance and more. Excellent What i most liked was people's patience, courtesy and general love for the product. That was part and parcel of the experience. If I had a gripe, it would only be that there could have been more inventory on the lot with cars having different colors and features for any single model. Not sure how this works and what the quota system is. ...that said, I'm totally happy. As a BMW owner the next time i come in I can then have a list of the exact specs and check them off too. Perhaps i'll have to wait a little to order the car, so be it. This time, I didn't want to wait at all!! PS: I wanted to get an M series, but they're RWD and awful in the snow. I like the 4 series lines above and beyond the 2, 3, or even 5 series. The 2015 M4 standing there was awesome. Perhaps next time, I will have an M series at least once in my life. The 440iX is close, but lacks just that little bit of performance. Not complaining, just saying. I still love it. Can't BMW give it to us all ? LOL. More
