After we chose the car and went home, I ended up calling him several times with additional questions. If I didn't get him right away, he called back immediately and was happy to answer my questions. The pick up appointment went quite quickly. We were out within the hour with our new car! Greg explained all of the workings of the car and even took extra time helping me set up the phone, even helping get my husband, kids and Mother in law's phone numbers put into the system. My husband and I have gotten our cars from Flemington Car and Truck Country for over 25 years and this purchase and working with Greg has only reinforced our positive feelings. More

First Class Client and Car Care I have been in for service way more than once. From little things like an oil change and a plastic plate I broke off to a full engine replacement proj I have been in for service way more than once. From little things like an oil change and a plastic plate I broke off to a full engine replacement project, Dana has always been extremely professional. She keeps me in the loop the whole time. She explains whats going on, when its going to happen by, and so much more. If you have trouble understanding something, she will take the time to listen to your question and answer until you know all you need to. She has always been more than accommodating. I honestly wish where I get my other brand vehicles serviced had more service representatives like her. Flemington BMW has an awesome asset in their service department that will keep me coming back. My wife and I determined to buy a car from Flemington BMW 5 minuets after we met Jason Tornberg in person. Before this, we have visited 2 other BMW dealers. It was not only the price that made us walking away, but also was the attitude and impression of the services. We did not feel they really want to know our request and expectation. Jayson however is professional yet straightforward providing us honest information we need to make a decision right away. For the price, he knows when to insist and when to compromise. We ended up with a number that both parties are happy. Honest and easy to deal with!! This is my 3rd BMW from the same dealership. I like the nice friendly atmosphere and honesty of the people I have been dealing with.I just bought ano This is my 3rd BMW from the same dealership. I like the nice friendly atmosphere and honesty of the people I have been dealing with.I just bought another car today, 12/28/2017. Yes, I was looking for one but wasn't serious. Walked in to get one of my vehicle serviced and while I was waiting happened to run into J. R. Nast who answered a few questions regarding the 2018 models and introduced me to Agata. In next 2 hours while my vehicle got serviced, Agata had helped me narrow down my options and I walked away with a car. As with any other dealership, there has been a few turnovers but I never felt the difference...did not know Agata but felt like we knew each other for a while. Jan helped me get my paperwork in order and I was out the door in less than 30 min. Car buying has never been this easy. Not only I buy my cars here, I have them serviced here as well. And if you are looking for a good service advisor, look for Jim Hierl. Everyone here is good but Jim is the best. More
