You will not see an ounce of clutter in his office. There is a reason that he is recommended on many of the BMW message boards. Anyway, more about him in a bit. I was referred to a colleague of Mark in late Spring of this year. We had negotiated a deal and he ended up leaving the dealership for another venture leaving my file to be taken over by Mark. Now the deal was outstanding of but there was no record of it as the previous Sales Advisor did not write any of this down and I took his word at face value. Mark inherited this mess and I was not happy as the sales manager would not accept this. This was for a limited production car which is difficult to get an allocation for. Mark told me to wait and went to bat for me. He honored the original deal which he did not have to as this car could have easily been sold to anyone else. After the sale, I was picking the car up in Europe. He was knowledgeable about the process. What happened after is the reason I will not only be going to Mark for anything BMW related but also recommending him to just about everyone. He ended up leaving the dealership for an opportunity with Flemington BMW. I was experiencing problems with the staff of the original dealership as I wasn't contacted about the change and my car needed to be scheduled for pickup at the BMW Performance Center in SC. There wasn't any contact and I left the sales manager two voicemails without a response. I was doing everything myself to track the vehicle by calling BMW Corporate. One day, I received a call from Mark to see if I picked up my car yet and explained the story. He told me he would call me back after speaking with the sales manager at the original dealership. I received a call the next day with all of the updates and the next steps. He did not have to do this as he was with a new employer but continued to provide excellent service to ensure that everything was taken care for his clients. Truly above and beyond! I'm sold on dealing solely with him as long as BMW continues to make great vehicles. Thanks Mark! More

Best new car leashing experience ever in my life. Michael O'Connor was outstanding. When I first met Mike, I told him that I was just starting to look at new cars and, in addition, to the BMW tha Michael O'Connor was outstanding. When I first met Mike, I told him that I was just starting to look at new cars and, in addition, to the BMW that I planned to look at Mercedes and Audi. I appreciated his recognition that all of these brands are great cars and that it likely really gets down to what you feel most comfortable with in the end. He also told me where the other dealers were located. Wow! Even though I came into the dealership with a particular car in my mind, he pointed out another model for consideration. The reason that he did was because that he thought that this other model would be easier for me to get in and out. And he was definitely, right. On this visit, he spent quite a bit of time with me going over features and going on a test drive. We ended the visit by us agreeing that I would get back in touch after I checked out the other vehicles. Once I decided on a BMW, I set up an appointment with him for my wife and I to come into the dealership. My wife and I decided on a 335xi Gran Turismo based in large part on Mike's expert knowledge of the car's features. Mike never tried to recommend a car out of my price point. The negotiation process on the lease was very transparent Mike was always respectful, never pushy and paid close attention to all of our questions and challenges. The lease process was painless unlike others that I have had at other dealers. When I came back for the delivery the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the car was ready and there were no last minute issues. Finally, Mike spent a great deal of time, going over all of the features of the vehicle again and answering my questions. I left the dealership loving the car and feeling great about the experience. I highly recommend Michael O'Connor to anyone looking to acquire a BMW. More
