I called Michael O'Connor and he walked me through the trade-in process and started straight away looking for a new car to best suit me. Knowing I was in a time crunch, he was able to see me later that day and help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was both patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and, with his immense help, I was able to find the perfect car and drive it off the lot the next day. Michael did an exceptional job teaching me the new technology (I was even able to explain it to my boyfriend when I got home, which is kind of a miracle) and helped me set a few things up to be sure I was comfortable using the new features. He also offered to reach out to the BMW dealership in our new city should we need anything in the future. Really top-notch service! What started out feeling like a disaster was actually a blessing in disguise. We absolutely love the new BMW and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you!! More

I'm a first time Mom and went in looking for a bigger car since my husband and I are expanding our family. I was really emotional about the process since I loved my current car, but it was a 2 door BMW coupe that would not suffice for the baby. My husband had called in advance about a few cars he found and got connected with JR Nast, who ended up being our client advisor/dealer. He was accommodating from the first time we met him. Stayed late waiting for us to get there during a week night, since my husband and I work up North and in NYC. From the moment I walked in, I felt like we were getting personal service. We went in looking to purchase a specific car, but JR spent time trying to understand my likes and dislikes and actually suggested a different car that we didn't consider initially, which ended up being the car we bought. The car we initially were looking at was more expensive, so the fact that he suggested a different one, which was for a lesser amount showed his true interest in making sure I was happy with the overall experience and that I walked out of there loving my new car. JR has since kept in touch and offered to show me how to navigate through all the technology in the car. He has followed up and was sincere and genuine throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him and the BMW dealership to anyone. I felt confident that we were in good hands and am in love with our new car. It was a great experience and I'm thankful for the entire team who stayed late to make sure we got everything taken care of. More

After test driving with a great BMW Genius, Joe, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Being he was not part of the sales team, I asked his advice on setting me up with a respectable salesmen and Eric was his choice and what a great one it was. I felt comfortable, not pressured and overall happy with my experience of not only buying my first BMW but buying my first car. Car Buying Made Easy Recently I purchased my third BMW from Michael O'Conner. My first 3 were X3's and I just up graded to an X5. I tell Michael what I am looking for and he does his absolute best to make that happen. He is supportive, knowledge and most of all patient. He fully explains what each component of a package does and why it is important or not knowing my needs. Last night I picked up my new 2015 X5 and Michael spent over 2 hours fully explaining the new technology and how everything worked.in the vehicle. When I left, I felt secure in the knowledge that I was in control of the technology and not visa versa. Ed Kiley supported Michael in the initial sales process and did a great job, but Michael carried the ball. I know I will also receive excellent service as I have in the past thanks to my service Rep Jim Hierl Job well done. More

Many people get excited to ge I have to start by saying, I lack patience and therefore purchasing a car is one of my least favorite life experiences. Many people get excited to get a new car, however I typially find it stressful and overwhelming. For the first time, purchasing a car was made exciting and easy thanks to Noha. Her knowledge regarding the cars on Flemingtons lot, the features/differences between the cars, her understanding of leasing vs purchasing all made this purchase such an easy and enjoyable process. When I showed up to the dealership to pick-up my new car she had all of the paperwork set and ready to go, no questions asked. She quickly got through explaining everything I would need to know, had me sign all of the documents, and was still able to get me into my new car within an hour. Not once did I feel rushed, unappreciated, or like I was just another customer to her. Due to my insurance company being closed (for July 4th), I was unable to pick-up the car on the intended day. Many dealerships would claim that this was not their issue however Noha charged on hole heartedly and let me know that she would have the car delivered to me. She went way above and beyond what would be expected of any salesman/woman. She was very personable, and has made me feel as though I could call her for any issues, questions, concerns, or even to just say hello. I would highly recommend this dealership, and espcially Noha. Her smile, personality and knowledge will make you want a BMW on the SPOT! THANKS FLEMINTON BMW! More
