Probably The Nicest New Car Buying Experience Ever! I lease a new car every 3 years and always have so at 58 years old I have plenty of experience of the purchase and delivery process. It has always been obvious to me as I bought progressively more expensive cars that you seem to get what you pay for as far as customer service is concerned and so far at least the best experiences I have had have been with Infiniti (2 cars) and now BMW (3 cars). All that said the winner must be Flemington BMW. This is the first time I have purchased from this dealer and the process was very efficient, friendly and most importantly unpressured. I prefer to do all the "negotiating" over the internet and then just go in and sign the order (I always order a custom build) once the deal is done. Because of that my initial contact was with Noha Amin who was extraordinarily helpful as we went "back & forth" on the deal. There were a few glitches as BMW Corporate's site didn't seem to communicate my build properly to the dealership and in fact their site can be quite confusing but Noha worked through it with me patiently and we got there in the end striking what was in my opinion a very fair deal for both parties. I certainly appreciated the transparency as every question I asked about the cost of money, residual, cap cost, inception fees etc. was answered promptly and without ambiguity. I didn't get quite everything I wanted and hopefully if I did my job right nor did they but at the end of the day I was very happy and I assume they were too. When completing the paperwork to order the car I briefly met with Vince Dillon and Rebecca Kosar both of whom took care of what needed to be done quickly and painlessly. At that point I was introduced to Michael O'Connor who would take care of me through the rest of the process. There was some confusion over the lease payment that I didn't notice until after I left the dealership but when I queried it with Michael it was resolved completely to my satisfaction within 15 minutes. So, fast forward six weeks to today when I collected the vehicle (during the interim period Michael kept me well informed of the status of my build). This really was an outstanding experience. Michael took pains to encourage me to carefully examine the vehicle for as long as I wanted to ensure everything about it was satisfactory. No pressure at all. The paperwork was all prepared and a few signatures later I was off to see Rebecca to complete the "legal" part of the lease process. Prior to that Michael explained several additional options I could have loaded into the lease (wheel and tire insurance and the suchlike) but was very clear that these were completely optional and I wasn't under any pressure to buy them. This is the point at which the last BMW dealer I dealt with lost my future business as they were almost obnoxious in pressuring me to buy something I didn't want and no doubt on which they make a handsome profit. Not so on this occasion so kudos to Michael and the dealership for their "soft sell" approach which caused me no discomfort at all. Okay, they may have lost a few bucks on the additions but they will sell me another car as a result which is a sound long term view. After a few quick electronic signatures with Rebecca I was back with Michael for the most comprehensive and knowledgeable explanation of the car and its systems I have ever had including him programming various controls, pairing my phone, setting up the free satellite radio and much more. At the same time I returned my old lease vehicle which was inspected while Michael was taking me through the new vehicle without any fuss or wasted time on my part. So, this evening I am a very happy bunny with a beautiful new BMW X5 5.0i in the garage and a residual feeling of being treated with warmth and respect by everybody I met at Flemington BMW. What a shame that seems to be so rare these days even when you are spending enough to buy a small house in some parts of the US! Again, this is a great dealership with great professional people that are all a pleasure to interact with AND they will work with you to craft a very nice deal. Doesn't get much better than that! In summary I highly recommend Flemington BMW and will certainly be seeing them again assuming I lease another BMW in three years time. More

Both times we worked with Bill Hinton and could not have had a more positive experience. He is friendly, yet professional and totally knowledgeable about all of the BMWs I looked at. Since I was unsure about which series I was interested in, he was patient and continued to show us cars until I finally decided which one I wanted. In the past three years when I brought my car in for scheduled service, Mike Riccardi, Jr. was a pleasure to work with. I have never experienced the care and consideration working with a dealership that I found at Flemington BMW, both in sales and service. I am sure this is only the second of many BMWs in my future. Our sales person Kristal Lewis and Vince helped us order exactly what we wanted, shared important facts about the M class cars and gave us a better price than any of the other dealers we visited. Perhaps most important, Kristal, and Vince were always available to answer our questions and make us feel at ease that the car would be built exactly as we expected. This is the second car we have purchased from Flemington BMW. We just purchased an X4 from Kristal, Vince and Flemington BMW team in December 2014. So needless to say that great experience led to this second sale. Everything from price through delivery of the car was first class and made Linda and i feel as if we were the only customers in the building. We are very happy with both cars and tell all of our friends what a great experience we had. More

Had a Great Experience hands down. It was last week 2/19/15 that i began my journey for a newer bmw specifically a brand new 328i xdrive. I had financed a 2008 bmw 328i in august and the mileage was high. I used that car as a stepping stone for credit. However it was time to start looking. I spent the day emailing almost every bmw dealership in NJ and sent them exactly what car i was looking for, how much i can put down, approx how much i can pay a month, and what features. Most importantly thought i sent with this email pictures of the 2008 bmw and the payoff and any other valid information. Within the hour i had received multiple responses from automated messages followed by actual dealer contact inquiring more information. One of those emails came from Ralph DelGaudio touching base and obtaining more information to win my business. Ralph did a great job then immediately put me in contact with the sales rep J.R. Nast. J.R. had said he talked to his sales manager and could give me the exact deal i was looking for as long as my current bmw was able to get paid off without too much negative equity. This was the best news that i had heard all day. During this time other dealers were still contacting me but not coming close to the number i was looking for. J.R. Nast had contacted me 2/21/15 again in the morning to see if I was interested in bringing my car down to have a full accurate appraisal? I said sure thing. I arrived at the dealership and was greatly immediately by J.R. We had talked briefly then J.R. pulled up a list of vehicles that met the description i was looking for. He then proceeded to obtain more information as to color options and anything more to narrow the selection. J.R. then went and looked around and came over with a big smile and said i have the perfect car for you! J.R. was right it was the perfect car, he did an excellent job at listing to me (the customer) and did whatever he could to accommodate me the best he could. Honestly Ralph DelGaudio did a phenomenal job at winning my business initially with the emails and contact skills. J.R. was more than helpful and delivered excellent news with pricing information over the internet. This was one of the main reasons i chose this dealership due to the fact i work a lot and needed to try to get my shopping done mostly through emails. Most other dealerships were not eager to help me through emails and were more apt to "get me to the dealer". It's the little things like this that earned my business at this dealership and turned me away from others.
