I am really surprised Tommy sent us another request to fill out this questionnaire. I originally was not going to write anything, it has been 8 months, but if he is truly that unorganized to send it again fill out this questionnaire. I originally was not going to write anything, it has been 8 months, but if he is truly that unorganized to send it again after our horrible experience then I will fill this out. This was the second car I bought from Tommy and it is the 7th car we have purchased from Fletcher Jones. Tommy wanted me to trade in my car, he said the same car, same payment. I went to the dealership and he showed me the car I would be getting. I never test drove it or even sat in the driver side of the car, Tommy told me it was exactly what I owned except it is newer. This particular car even had running boards, which was great. I told him tell me anything that is different, he showed me the blue tooth and said otherwise it was exactly the same. We set up the time to come in and do the paperwork. The price he quoted us changed three times,it was not the same payment, it was much higher. He then started to charge me for some of the extras that he said was included. We almost walked out, he was not being forthright. He told me when we walked in that it would only take 45-60 minutes, over two hours later I had to leave to pick up my kids. When my husband drove the car home, it was not the same car Tommy had showed me...no running boards, no keyless entry and no air vents in the back. I was so mad since those two things are what I really loved about my car. I called him and told him I was upset and he said he would see what he could do...on and on, they did not do anything. I told him I felt it was a bate and switch and I just wanted my old car back. Needless to say, I am driving the new car but have a bitter taste for how the whole thing was handled. Maybe he sent this to me because after two cars and countless phone calls, he would still call me by the wrong name! More
