During that time, the vehicle had to be re-ordered as a 2023 model year, which prompted many questions on my part. Marissa Flood and Joe helped me through that process, answering my questions and making sure the new order was submitted properly. When the vehicle arrived in February of 2023, it had a minor blemish on the steering wheel, which I probably would not have noticed or cared about. Joe mentioned this to me before we even came to pick it up and had his detailer repair it. He also made sure I received the price protection amounts that I was entitled to since I ordered the vehicle in 2021. I was out of town when the vehicle arrived at the dealership so the purchase and registration paperwork had to be handled via overnight mail, which Paulette Matteson did extremely well. First off I love the dealership as far as sales and the quick lane service. However the dealership service department is like dealing with a completely different company. Dropped my truck off the night before the appointment. They told me they were a little behind. I said ok. They had my truck for 3 days and never even looked at it to see the issue. Didn't even do the oil change. I picked the truck up because it was the Friday before Christmas and wasn't going to be without my truck through the holidays while they were closed. They said they would call me to reschedule. It has now been 3 weeks after the holidays and still no call. This is very frustrating and unprofessional on their part. More
