Well, I went in for my usual oil change, tire rotation, etc. I did mention that I had a high-pitched squeak sounded like it was coming from the back of my car. When the guy sent me the video, he didn't mention it so I texted back didn't get an answer. So I called, and I still didn't get any information on that high-pitched squeak and when I picked it up and paid, I asked again got no information.
