After a normal service visit, my CX-3 started smoking profusely. I immediately returned to Flood for repair. Steve Furtado was most helpful in getting the problem resolved. Mr. Albro gave me a car to use while mine was being repaired. I appreciate their actions on my behalf. I will definitely be back for my next service. More

After two failed experiences at local dealerships (I live in New Haven CT) I went to Mazda’s CPO website and found “my” car at a dealership 2 hours aw After two failed experiences at local dealerships (I live in New Haven CT) I went to Mazda’s CPO website and found “my” car at a dealership 2 hours away in RI. Gave them a shot and so glad I did!! Cody had me approved for a loan in literally 5 minutes. Jason secured the car for me with a small deposit and I drove my car off their lot two days later! Would have been even sooner if I didn’t have to work the next day!! I even called jason and asked him if they could install Apple CarPlay the morning of delivery and he said—no problem!! They even had their top Customer Service Liason, Justis, pick me up and drive me there. He was great. Everyone was great and I am so happy. I walked in with my guard up, expecting an outrageous dealer fee (it was $199!! How refreshing) and I was smiling in no time. I’m planning on letting them know when my lease is up on my other car and maybe replace my Honda with a Mazda—even at a dealership two hours away!! Very happy. Thanks guys!! More
