Charlie was so patient, professional, and helpful during my 3 separate test drives and trips to the dealership. I was originally looking at a CX-5 and decided to buy a Mazda 6 GTR. Everyone at Flood was so welcoming. Both Dave and Cody made signing/delivery as stress free and easy as possible. Jason helped to ease my anxiety during each visit. Routine oil change goes up in smoke My 10,000 mile oil change became a smoky event due to a malfunctioning replacement oil filter. After a normal service visit, my CX-3 started smoking p My 10,000 mile oil change became a smoky event due to a malfunctioning replacement oil filter. After a normal service visit, my CX-3 started smoking profusely. I immediately returned to Flood for repair. Steve Furtado was most helpful in getting the problem resolved. Mr. Albro gave me a car to use while mine was being repaired. I appreciate their actions on my behalf. I will definitely be back for my next service. More
