While looking for a specific vehicle with very specific requirements my husband and I inadvertently ended up with Sam Cary (original sales person we were supposed to meet with had an emergency). Although requirements my husband and I inadvertently ended up with Sam Cary (original sales person we were supposed to meet with had an emergency). Although Flood did not have the vehicle I wanted in inventory and ended up purchasing one from another Mazda dealer, Sam did an excellent job at following up without being pushy. This young man is the type of salesperson you hope to deal with when you are in the market to purchase a vehicle. After the last follow up call from Sam I informed him of our purchase last night and he informed me to think of Flood for our cars service needs. Having brought our previous vehicle into Flood's service area and always being happy we will take Sam's suggestion and continue to do so with this vehicle in the future.
