Throughout the whole process, he had my best interest in mind. He never once came across aggressively or high sales pressure, that you might experience at other dealerships. A welcome change in purchasing a vehicle. I also had the opportunity to meet Zee, the Sales Manager who made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I had my mind set on a particular vehicle, and they worked with me in order to make this purchase successful. I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire dealership and I will highly recommend this dealership to my associates and friends. Customer service off the charts Brought BMW 1x in for repair and not only was it less than I expected to pay they cleaned a mess in the drivers seat and washed the outside for me. Incredible Service Department I have to say that I have never driven away form a dealer service department feeling good, until I dealt with the Service Department at Foley Motorspo I have to say that I have never driven away form a dealer service department feeling good, until I dealt with the Service Department at Foley Motorsports. Kevin Gemelli, the Service Manager, made sure that the slightest of issues was taken care of for us. We brought our Mercedes ML in for new brakes, but when we picked up our ML, it had been washed, vacuumed, fluids topped, and all the windows cleaned. So much more that I had expected. Kevin pointed out that we might need to have some work done on a strut, but he didn't "push" to say that it needed to be done right away. We ended up scheduling for another time, but left feeling like this place really cares about our safety and not just the vehicle. I"m not ready for a new car yet, but I will definitely buy one from Foley again, not to mention sending everyone I know to their service department. More

Full disclosure on lemon law I purchased my vehicle, a 2013 Mini Coop on May 31st from Foley Motorsports with a manufacturers warranty on the vehicle. Within the first 30 days of I purchased my vehicle, a 2013 Mini Coop on May 31st from Foley Motorsports with a manufacturers warranty on the vehicle. Within the first 30 days of owning the car, it was in service for 20 days because of transmission issues. Finally, the transmission was replaced, completely under warranty. Foley provided a loaner car free of charge so there was no expense to me. Just a lot of frustration and concern over the vehicle. I didn't write a poor review as I thought they were trying to help me. I was worried that I should lemon law the car but Zee told me the law was in place to protect the consumer and the dealer and that the same part had to fail 3 times before you could lemon law it. That's it, that's all he told me. A few months have passed and the car has been back in to Mini dealers 3 additional times - once it had an engine malfunction on the highway, a 2nd time for a fuel rail leak which caused gas smell inside the car and a 3rd time for a wheel balance as the car had a shake on the highway. I have since investigated the lemon law further and this is where I have a problem with Foley and Zee. My fault for not looking into it sooner but the law clearly states: Repaired 3 times for the same use or safety defect that continued to exist or recurred during the warranty period OR out of service by reason of repair or invalid refusal to repair for at least 11 business days during the warranty period, not necessarily all at one time. Why didn't he tell me that if the car was out of service for at least 11 days it was possible to lemon law the car? Mine was out of service for 20 of the first 30 and additional days since then! Because of this I have an issue with Foley and would not recommend them to purchase a used car. I believe information was withheld to prevent me from pursuing the lemon law. It's unfortunate, I love the car but very concerned it's a lemon with the amount of problems I have had :( More
