Point person to text/calls for status of repair excellent. Loaner car excellent. The girl organizing the car loaner ? Very, extremely rude and abusive. Too bad because i have used them solidly for a year but will not put myself thru her abusive treatment ever again. Never reported it due to busy life and moving on from horrible customer service. They don’t have a mechanic to fix that unfortunately. More

Steve and Troy were great in trying to take care of the issues I was having with my 2020 Mustang GT. Troy figured out the cause of a sound coming from under the hood by hearing a recording of it.
