Absolutely zero communication between the service reps. I dropped my car off and my service rep got called in so I was pawned off on another guy. Then the next day that guy called in and I again I had to call and get information about what was happening with my car. Missed a half day of work dealing with getting a rental, all could have been avoided if there was better communication between reps. Had to bring my vehicle back in, I got the works pkg and the tires weren’t rotated , luckily my husband marked the front tires before taking it in which means the breaks were never checked though I was told the tires weren’t rotated , luckily my husband marked the front tires before taking it in which means the breaks were never checked though I was told that the breaks were good. When it was brought back Nathon called the service tech who had left for the day and he admitted to not doing it because he missed it on the service order. Nathon and the service tech who did the work when I brought it back we’re apologetic, brought my vehicle right in and did the work that wasn’t done the first time.
