2 years later they tell me the recall I paid for out of Pocket is extended so unfortunately I only have the quote that I paid for. The same issue had already happened to this car at one point and they only reprogrammed my TCM. I was told by them that they were going to replace it come to find out later that was not true. So now they will not reimburse me because I cannot find my receipt from 2 years ago and the gentleman who did do the repairs on my vehicle that is now still driving he has since close his shop to be with his family. I asked Ford what I should do and the gentleman I've been emailing with was very unhelpful and did not want to do anything past telling me that Ford will not reverse me without the receipt. More
