Came in for oil change, came back because it was dripping oil. Guy said we need a new oil drain plug bolt. Would be another 12.95, why didn’t he look at the drain plug before he installed back on our truck? oil. Guy said we need a new oil drain plug bolt. Was not impressed with the timeliness it took (5. 5 hours) especially when I knew what vehicle I wanted in the first 15 minutes of being with the salesperson.
