They sold me a piece of crap vehicle that broke down 3 days after I got it and had 2 error messages pop up, 1 was for the air bag, which has a recall on it, that they knew about and didn't get it taken c days after I got it and had 2 error messages pop up, 1 was for the air bag, which has a recall on it, that they knew about and didn't get it taken care of before selling it. I went to Fort's to buy a specific used car in their inventory. The car was mostly to my satisfaction, I did actually buy it, and I'm happy with my purchase. The car itself I had an independent inspection on and it came back with a few issues that weren't disclosed, some of which I'd be surprised to see from any serious dealership. I got one of those fixed with the power train warranty, and the others were arguably minor. The service person Chris was helpful and even though the more minor issues weren't covered by warramty he told me they secured the loose parts a bit better and I'm grateful for that. The finance guy Ray misgendered me three times. I need to change my legal name still so that's how he knew but I pass as cis fairly well so it was definitely intentional and therefore offensive and rude. He was otherwise friendly, so I'm guessing he doesn’t realize how offensive he was. I can't recommend LGBTQ+ people go to Forts because of that, but I still got the car I wanted and overall my experience was still positive. More
