So confused by the treatment I just received in service depa Took in for simple oil change. Possibly something stuck in front wheel well. Told tires were rubbing because of being oversized. All tires and service have been recommended by staff at this dealership. This has been determined after purchasing 2 sets of tires from them. Need to go back and get the remainder of service originally requested that was not done. More

Great service, record time on paperwork I’ve not met anyone at Frankfort Toyota who wasn’t focused on the customer. If they don’t have what you want, they’ll work with you to find it, and th I’ve not met anyone at Frankfort Toyota who wasn’t focused on the customer. If they don’t have what you want, they’ll work with you to find it, and their service department is the best in the region. If you know what you want, they’ll work with you on a fair price, and while you might have to sit at other dealerships for hours to buy a car, they get you on the road much more quickly. More
