The Service department is excellent, service is on time and performed very satisfactorily. The waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with snacks/drinks for customers. I am an older, soon to be retired, man and have to say that I've dealt with a lot of dealerships through the years and Bradshaw Acura is at the very top of the list for best dealers.
