Communication was fine until I picked the van up. It had a broken windshield when returned but was not broken when they took possession of the van. Then Becky said we should take it home and she woul It had a broken windshield when returned but was not broken when they took possession of the van. Then Becky said we should take it home and she would have Safelite to come fix it. A week goes by and no one ever called to fix it. I called 3 times and left messages for Becky before I finally got her on the phone. Then she tried to say I need to file it with my insurance. I said I will not. It was broken in the repair shop. She was supposed to call me back next day. No call. I left 2 messages with the manager the last two days and no return call so far. I will never use them again and this is still not resolved. More
