I was very pleased with my sales associate. Jerrell he was very pleasant and encouraged me to take my time. The only unpleasant experience was paying for the car. I did not need financing and they would not accept a check. I don’t know why they couldn’t contact my bank to insure funds. instead I had to go purchase a cashiers check, which was a bit of a hassle and took much longer than it should have to purchase the vehicle.. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and although they sent it to the car washer , the inside was not as clean as it should have been. There was something spilled on the back seat that did not get cleaned at all. Other than that it was pretty good and I would recommend Jerrell for your associate. More

Took the truck in second time for an original problem hopefully they fixed it this time. While the truck was in for repairs technicians scratched the chrome on my front bumper and the top of the chrome g hopefully they fixed it this time. While the truck was in for repairs technicians scratched the chrome on my front bumper and the top of the chrome grill. Tremendous inconvenience now I have to bring the truck back to have a body shop try to buff out the scratches. More

Had the best experience at Bradshaw Auto Group! We arrived late in the afternoon with no intentions of buying anything . We called earlier and the vehicle I wanted had been sold that day but we dec We arrived late in the afternoon with no intentions of buying anything . We called earlier and the vehicle I wanted had been sold that day but we decided to drive the 1 1/2 hr trip anyway to take a look at what they did have. Met Don Abney, our salesman, and asked him a bunch of questions and took a test drive and we were sold! Don was funny, kind, knowledgeable about the features and let us make up our own mind without any sales pressure. We felt bad for having to keep him there after closing so we could finalize the paperwork which takes longer than deciding you want the car! But we enjoyed our time there and would recommend this Group to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
