I took my vehicle in to get the transmission checked and the front end looked at. I explained to them what was wrong with it and I basically paid 120 for them to tell me what I already knew.they told me the the front end looked at. Quality of the work was excellent, but the length of time for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. I would recommend them because they had parts delays due to the supply chain ordea for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. I would recommend them because they had parts delays due to the supply chain ordeal we’ve all been facing. My main complaint was they left one of my battery cables loose when they reconnected it after the body work was done and it left me stranded and calling roadside assistance twice! When I told my representative about this I got an “oh well, sometimes that happens” response. I would use them again for quality, but their post covid service needs a lot of work. I hope I never have to get body work done again, cause it’s a big pain. More
