I used Bradshaw collision as it’s an Infiniti certified center - Gary was extremely friendly and helpful, I would definitely rate him 10/10 stars for customer service. Where I became disappointed was with receiving my car back - it looked like a dust explosion (white foot prints on the back of passenger seat, pile of dust on the back bench seat, all over the passenger side door, and unfortunately very large amounts of dust in the driver side floor mat despite the paper mat they put down).
