Just a note to thank the service folks for the response and work they did to repair my truck. The problem was a hard (Hood not latching properly causing the alarm system to activate) to find and required serious study. The solution was found and the latch was replaced. It has now been almost a week since the work was performed and no problems have occurred. Thank you again for being patient and working so hard to find the solution. Look forward to seeing you all on my next service visit. Frank
