Cedrick Ferguson was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and helpful to us. There was no pressure in buying. He made us feel at home. The staff and the place were excellent. The place is spotless when it comes to cleaning which I noticed right off. Mostly all people had there mask on, during this Covid situation which made us even more comfortable. You want a nice vehicle, friendly service, kindness, and understanding, definitely go here. Chris Wilkens has been our "go to" guy at Bradshaw since our first Cadillac purchase in 2013. Chris understands our needs with respect to car buying and does not beat around the bush trying to re-direct our our first Cadillac purchase in 2013. Chris understands our needs with respect to car buying and does not beat around the bush trying to re-direct our attention to more expensive options. We make our offer and he takes it to the front office. We either come to an agreement or not. We have confidence in Chris that he is going to provide us with a fair deal at a fair price. This confidence carries over to Bradshaw. Chris knows that if we discover we have been taken advantage of our business goes to Toyota. Thus far, Chris and Bradshaw have treated us right and we trust them with our business. More
