I came in to pick up my second key, since it had to be ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed. I was in and out in 30 minutes, including a drive with the mechanic to demonstrate the issue to ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed. When Lacy showed me the vehicle (2021) Toyota, I knew it was not the one that I was perusing on the internet. I was looking at another vehicle without all the whistles and bells. I loved the vehicle that we bought just that I don't like someone telling me what was not the truth. In addition, I asked the salesman that I did not see the $500.00 military discount on the agreement/purchase papers. Somehow de dodged the response and said it's in there somewhere which I did not see. Otherwise, I have no other issues with my purchase. Somehow, the people that I dealt with are not listed below. I had a tire that had a slow leak, I made an appointment to have it repaired. After 2 hours waiting, I inquired what was taking so long, The technician said my car was next in line. I said I had made an appointment an that's when I expected service. He replied, that's not the way it works. I said that's the it works for me. I asked for my keys and got my car fixed in 45 minutes with out an appointment. This is the second time I've had with your service department. They misdiagnosed my prius, and it was going to cost $600.00, I took the car to a shop and they said the bulb had been installed incorrectly and they reinserted it. Therefore I have no plans of using your facility for any repair work, I now have a 2020 Corolla and will not have it serviced by your company More
