The service went fine but the service rep has blown me off twice in two services. I have warranty work on the truck. They say they’ll call back when the part comes in but don’t. 5k later, problem still ex off twice in two services. I have warranty work on the truck. They say they’ll call back when the part comes in but don’t. 5k later, problem still exists and they say they’ll call. 10k more on the truck and it’s still unrelated. I have a feeling they’re waiting until the warranty is up and going to try to tell me it’s no longer covered. I won’t be going back. More

Car was left in Maintenance needed see dealer for service. I tried numerous of times to get that reset; too no avail. Called service department and was given different directions, neither worked. I guess I'm going to have to either return to dealership just to reset dash screen or ride around like that until I have to go in for service in 3 months or so. More

I went to have complementary oil change done on my Tacoma for which my lease expires in 2/21. Although the truck only had 10000 miles on it, they would not do oil change unless 24000 and 36000 mile service d for which my lease expires in 2/21. Although the truck only had 10000 miles on it, they would not do oil change unless 24000 and 36000 mile service done for around $125. I was going to try to trade up for 21 Tundra Limited, but instead traded for a Jeep at a different dealer that cost more than Tundra due to this Service issue! Good way to lose a customer. More
