We decided to go take a look at the cars available at this dealership based on a referral from another dealer. He said talk to Josh so we did, and we couldn’t have been more happy. He answered all of our questions, he was courteous, he was patient and there was no pressure. many times I’ve purchased cars and once they pass you off to the finance department you no longer exist to them. That wasn’t the case at all. Josh drove to pick me up so I could test drive the vehicle after repairs were done. Then he was there through the whole process. He waited while I finished paying the cashier, waited for the finance rep to be available then walked me out to the car when I was ready to leave. That is great service at work. More
