Hello- we are sorry you had a one-star experience here. Your power steering line was leaking and not covered under your extended warranty. You also complained of an oil leak that we could not verify. We recommended an engine oil consumption test, and would provide the results to your extended warranty so that they could evaluate and decide whether to cover the repair. Your diagnostic fee was waived on your visit, and you only were charged for an oil change. We feel like we did our best to provide excellent service and we are disappointed that you do not agree. Thank you for your comments.
