Needed service under warranty. The guy in the service department was so helpful. Hands down the fastest and greatest place to purchase a vehicle! My credit was not great since I only had my previous car a year before it was stolen, needed a replacement fast. 1st off let me say that I am an ordained minister, so I prayed and was believing God for a vehicle since my transmission went. I was approved by a few dealership but was not comfortable with my online expe prayed and was believing God for a vehicle since my transmission went. I was approved by a few dealership but was not comfortable with my online experience nor conversations with the sales reps until I contacted Ben Easterling at Martins Nissan. I explained to him what I was experiencing with my online shopping and what my needs were and I needed to be in a vehicle because i was using vacation time until I found a car and was 4 days in already. He assured me that he woukd make it happen, he also ssured me that they had several banks and credit unions they were working with to get the best possible deal for me. Ben also gave me the promise that the vehicle I was purchasing was well maintained and in excellent condition. I had to trust him to be my eyes and ears since I was a hr and 45 min away. Trust a car saleaman you say? Yes, this is where my belief comes in because I prayed and was lead to him and the deal was worked out in 1 days time and when I arrived and test drove the car it exceeded ALL expectations!
