We're sorry your experience was less than 5-star. We understand how frustrating it is when things go wrong with your vehicle. Upon initial inspection, we discovered issues with your vehicle that needed to be addressed. Once the work was approved, we began to find more issues once we started removing parts from the vehicle. These repairs were declined. Once the original quoted repairs were finished, we returned your vehicle. Everything on your vehicle, other than what we replaced, was returned in the same condition it was in when it arrived in our shop. I have documentation of the condition of my vehicle prior to leaving it in Fred Martin’s care. My vehicle was not returned in the same condition. And of course repairs were declined, I have a statement from several mechanics stating that it was impossible for said issues to not have been noticed prior to beginning repairs. Is it just coincidence that you guys replaced a radiator and now everything connected to it is now in need of repair? I can send you photos of what wasn’t replaced or reinstalled properly.
