My salesman, Trey was awesome. He was understand of my children and included them in conversations in a positive way he even helped do the final wash on my truck to help get me out of the dealership faster My only issue was with finance I was given no options no choices and feel like I was bull rushed into an extended warranty I knew the payment ball park but didn't hear of the exact payment until I did some math on my own. Now some of this may be my fault as like many people I hate the buying process and just want it over with asap but maybe I should've been asked about a warranty instead of just being told to sign here As far as my rating goes Trey is 5 stars all the way The dealership itself is beyond impressive but a little pricey so 4 stars The finance process is hard. Yes they got me approved ( my score has nose dived and taken a year of hard work to raise it back up) but gave me no options a true take it or leave it deal 3 stars I guess That's why my overall rating is at a 4 Again though Trey on his own is a solid 5 easiest salesman I've worked with to date More

I have bought 5 cars from here and the last one I bought was a bad experience. They pressured me to put a credit card down to save the vehicle and I had not even seen it. Then they never ran my card and “fo was a bad experience. They pressured me to put a credit card down to save the vehicle and I had not even seen it. Then they never ran my card and “forgot” to charge me when I went to buy the car with cash. A day later after I had my mechanic look and fix some things that was wrong, they call me and say I owe them 500 dollars because they made a mistake and then threatened me with going to small claims court for the money I “owed” them. Pretty horrible treatment for a person who has gotten 5 vehicles over the last 7 years More
