Had an appointment for 9:30. Didn't get help until 9:00. I was told that my vehicle was ready at 11:00, but it wasn't because they forgot to wash the vehicle. I asked that they call me when my vehicle was ready; they never called. An hour later I saw my vehicle in the parking lot, washed and ready without informing me, so I finally was able to drive home at 12:00. You'll need extra patience with this repair shop in Fremont CA.
