Front Royal Ford was simply great in helping this wayward traveler. While on a road trip to Arkansas from Maryland, I started to experience issues with my Ford F150, STX. When I first walked in I noticed the layout of the sales floor and thought that yikes privacy is out the window here, I literally could hear a conversation a salesperson was having about bringing a RTR gril floor and thought that yikes privacy is out the window here, I literally could hear a conversation a salesperson was having about bringing a RTR grill from New Jersey. I was completely under impressed with Tom who has the personality of a Department of Motor Vehicles employee. Jonathan was very personable; however, he needs to learn his product more. Tony was awesome and defused any issues caused by Tom, he is a keeper. The Tag and Title dept. is tops as well. I did not finance my Expedition King Ranch I paid cash. More

I’ve been wanting a Bronco since I bought my last car years ago and somehow the stars aligned & Jared got me in and out and the right number on my trade in. The best part though, after noticing the Beatles keychain, the manager started playing Beatles music. No one else noticed, but i did. Thank you, that was a really sweet observation. My army veteran dad passed in 2021 and was a huge Beatles fan, my Beatles salon is in honor of him. It made me feel like he was blessing my purchase and everything was as it should be.
