Showed up for a state safety inspection. Sat for over 2-hours. Was told it failed due to leaks in both mufflers. They slapped a rejection sticker on it, took my money, and told me to have Sat for over 2-hours. Was told it failed due to leaks in both mufflers. This service team is great to work with, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are upfront regarding repair costs, and time required to complete the job. I love the flexibility of having my car friendly and knowledgeable. They are upfront regarding repair costs, and time required to complete the job. I love the flexibility of having my car picked up and returned to me. Also the option of a courtesy driver if necessary. I always enjoy working with the service advisers. Zach handled my last visit, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and treats me like an old friend when I walk in the door. I moved to Winchester three years ago, but continue to have my car serviced at Front Royal Ford for the reasons sited above. I realize this is a lengthy review, but it is my impression from the many visits over the years, not just the most recent visit. More
