I originally started out shopping nationwide for a used 2024 BMW X5. After many failed deals at other dealerships, I met Sonya West at Galleria BMW. Sonya told me they had just sold the vehicle I was inqui 2024 BMW X5. After many failed deals at other dealerships, I met Sonya West at Galleria BMW. Sonya told me they had just sold the vehicle I was inquiring about but she asked if I considered purchasing NEW. At the time , this was not something I was interested in. Sonya patiently worked with me by applying incentives to my purchase and helped me build my custom ordered X5 to my complete satisfaction without the pressure that’s often associated with car buying. It took approximately one month for the vehicle to be completed at the factory as Sonya kept me in the loop with every step along the way. Once my vehicle was completed and shipped to the dealership, I started the financial process with Mandy Myers who continued the amazing experience. The entire process of building a car to my liking was really rewarding, and I must say, had it not been for Sonya West going an extra mile and caring about what was important to me as a consumer really sealed the deal. Galleria BMW and Sonya West earned and will have all my business going forward. More
