Carlos was outstanding to work with for my Jeep Wrangler purchase. He worked with me both on the trade-in of my Rubicon and on quickly locating the car I wanted. Have a Jeep with countless issues and still no remedy. Recall after recall, and still no option to trade-in for a reliable vehicle. They blame the parent company and say they have no support vs taking o Recall after recall, and still no option to trade-in for a reliable vehicle. They blame the parent company and say they have no support vs taking ownership of issues and supporting the consumer. Read the news - ask questions on Reddit - but whatever you do, do not buy a Jeep unless you want to have recalls, tows, and be told your parts will take months, and to park away from your home. Read and search for class action lawsuits - they are building. More
