Send an email to Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram through there website and Neal got back to me within the hour. Talking to Neal on the phone he needed more information and what I was looking for. He said we could either order a truck or try to find one in a nearby state. I was off for ordering a new truck, but it would take 6 to 10 weeks to get one and I didn’t have that much time. I was looking for specific needs for Towing and Power wanted the Cummins diesel and of course the heavy duty towing package. Neal did find a few trucks close by in neighborhood states. The first one would meet my specs but found out it was sold! Neal kept looking and found another one. Sent me the specs and it looked good. So within 2 weeks I had my new 3500 Ram Dooley! I feel that Neal worked very hard to make this sale and to please me! Everybody at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was very nice even when I went through the financing part it was painless! Neal was very knowledgeable about the truck when we went outside to go over everything! I definitely recommend going to this dealer and if you can get Neal as your salesman I would recommend it! More
