No pressure in a high pressure situation My old truck was due to be paid off summer of next year. It had other ideas and I ended up limping her in to Garavel. I needed a truck and Rob was able to pull off some magic and get me into a new truck a year earlier than I had planned. He took care of everything from start to finish, including getting an appraisal on the old truck, talking to the finance company, the bank with Chrysler, my insurance; literally everything. I walked out with a new truck the same day (within hours of dragging my old truck in to be honest). Even the process with Jessica, their finance person was quick and simple. She presented all the options, talked about the upsides and downsides, went over all the details of all the documents, and even went over the end-of-lease process so we'd know what to expect well in advance. Rob was sympathetic to my needs, found every possible discount or incentive he could, was very responsive and communicative. I could honestly go on. He made the process seamless and when this lease is up, I'll definitely be going back for another new truck. More
